Attackers Defenders Neutral Goalkeeper Pass Run Dribble Shot
Three goals, three keepers, no waiting around. This three goal shooting drill sends each U9–U16 player through a rapid circuit - shot on the right goal, shot on the main goal, shot on the left goal - with a keeper's distribution linking every strike. Shooting volume and fitness in one package.

Setup
- Work on half a field with the normal goal on the end line.
- Set a portable goal on each sideline, about 15 yards from midfield - three goals in total.
- Put a goalkeeper in each of the three goals.
- Line the rest of the team up at midfield, every player with a ball.
- Spread the spare balls among the three goals.
How It Works
- The first player dribbles toward the right-sideline goal and shoots.
- That keeper distributes a new ball around the cone toward the main goal; the shooter runs on and shoots on the main goal.
- The main-goal keeper distributes toward the left goal; the shooter receives and fires on the left goal.
- The left keeper plays the last ball toward midfield, and the shooter dribbles it back to the end of the line.
- The next player starts as soon as the right-side keeper makes their first distribution.
Coaching Points
- Keep the circuit moving at speed - the fitness value lives in the tempo.
- Every shot on target: a controlled, well-struck finish beats a wild blast.
- Watch shooting form: plant foot beside the ball, head steady, follow through at the target.
- Keepers should distribute quickly and accurately; they set the rhythm of the whole drill.
Variations
- Run the circuit in the opposite direction.
- Require every shot with the weaker foot.
